CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide every client with the best service and to respect everyone’s time, the following cancellation policies are in place: 📅 Appointment Changes & Cancellations • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment with no penalty. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result to loose deposit ⏰ Late Arrivals • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. • Arrival after the grace period may require modifying the service or rescheduling, which may result in a cancellation fee. • If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be marked as a no-show 💳 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments. • Deposits are applied toward the final service cost. • If you cancel within the allowed window, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment once. ❌ No-Shows • Clients who fail to show without notice will be required to pay the full service amount before booking any future appointment. • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. 🤒 Sickness or Emergencies • If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible. • Emergency situations will be handled case-by-case, with documentation if needed. 📲 How to Cancel • Cancellations must be made through: • Text/Call • Booking system • Email 🔒 Respecting Everyone’s Time This policy protects the time, income, and scheduling of the nail technician while ensuring fairness to all clients.
